Dr. Sheiam Sulaeman is a seasoned Food, Nutrition, and Biotechnology Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the industry. As a Food, Integrative Nutrition & Eating Behaviour Coach, she specializes in Nutrition & Food Safety & Biotechnology. She is also an academic professor, researcher, and scientific committee member with extensive experience teaching, lecturing, and supervising Master and PhD research projects.
Dr. Sulaeman holds a Ph.D. in Food Sciences & Biotechnology from Nantes University, France, a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition & Toxicology from INPL – ENSAIA, France, a Diploma of Post-Graduate Studies in Food Science from the University of Aleppo, Syria, and a Bachelor of Science in Agro-Food Science Engineering from the University of Aleppo, Syria.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Sulaeman is a member of the Canadian International Center for Training and Development (CGC), Canada. Her experience and expertise in the fields of Food, Nutrition, Eating Behaviour, Food Intolerance and Sensitivity, Food Toxicology & Biotechnology make her an invaluable asset to any organization or individual seeking guidance and support in these areas.
